Hey everyone!
We recently had the chance to share an early-access build of Kittenship Care with a cozy game streamer—and it was a blast watching them dive into the game live!
The build they played was very much still in development, and yes, some bugs made an appearance. But seeing someone experience the game for the first time, quirks and all, was incredibly valuable for us as developers.
Why this was exciting for us:
- It gave us honest, real-time feedback on what's working
- It showed us how players interpret certain mechanics
- And it proved that even with some rough edges, the game's heart still shines through. We're building this game in our spare time, and moments like this make it all worth it. Having someone outside the dev team play the game and engage with it — even with some bugs still in place — helps us prioritize what to improve next.
