We’re excited to announce that Toy Smash Kaboom! revealed a brand-new demo trailer during Indie Fan Fest showcase (featured by IGN)!
It’s a huge honor for us to stand alongside so many amazing indie titles—and we couldn’t have made it this far without your support!
And here’s more good news: the game will join Steam Next Fest (October 13–20)!
To celebrate, we’ll be rolling out an early demo update on October 10th—giving you the chance to try out the new features ahead of the fest!
What’s New in the Next Fest Demo?
Class-Exclusive Items
We’ve designed unique items according to each heror’s class, giving you powerful new ways to turn the tide of battle!
For example, the Chef Doll now brings two very different items to the battle:
Furious Slam: Slam the table at just the right moment to knock all enemies airborne, opening up a chance for your team to strike.
Spread Fertilizer: Spread some “magic fertilizer” on your summons to make them instantly grow bigger— more imposing and with stronger knockback effects!
Turn Your Friends into Toys (Literally!)
Now you can turn your Steam friends into custom toys, using their avatars and profile names.
Pick a friend, upload their avatar and name onto the Game Buddy, and watch as your friend becomes one of your playable units!
Equip your “Friend Toy” with swords, shields, wands, and more, then enhance them further with unique abilities.
New “Poker Series”
The card family is expanding with Spade Card, Club Card, Diamond Card, Heart Card II, and Club Card II!
These new members complete the build, creating even more synergy under the “Paper” type.
Combined with items like Round Shield or Magic Wand, they’ll open up new strategies and builds.
In-Game Events!
Two events are here to spice up your battles:
Joker's Blessing: Choose from random items to add unpredictability and new strategies.
Toy Crafting: Unlock the “Friend-to-Toy” feature right in a match, letting you instantly customize a friend into a playable toy.
