More Vert fun

• implemented max vert air boost late jump, so you get a consistent max air boost if you jump at the last minute before the lip of the vertical transition or if you late jump in a .2 second window after auto-launching into vert (gives you a 20 m/s vertical velocity boost)
• updated Level 1 (beach skatepark) with a giant mini ramp
• updated Level 2 (rooftop skyscrapers) with more test vert transition of different sizes
• added a new community level from DempC (Skate Center)
