Some major bugs caught our attention. This resulted in fixes for said bugs.

Changes since 1.0.4
- Fixed game crashes while playing without (a stable) Internet connection.
- Fixed survival mode milestone overwriting when playing on a higher difficulty.
- Fixed ‘No more mr. nice guy’ achievement. It is now correctly unlocked upon saving the game while you have 10 epic weapons equipped.
- Fixed the unlocking of the ‘Completionist’ achievement. To unlock this retroactively you have to complete a level on S-rank.
