I've corrected the overlapping of the item window and the arrow to the right. Now that I've pulled the arrow a little more inside the screen, it won't overlap anymore. It can now proceed normally.
16:9 resolution users may find it a little awkward to have arrows gathered in the middle, but please still play it as it is.
If the update doesn't apply, please log out the steam and log in and update it.
