I now added a REST-Api for rendering (for later use from JWildfire) and included some other smaller improvements, like importing layers via file-dialog or the clipboard.
Complete changelog:
- fixed: loading of internal texture resources (presets) did not work on the exported version of the app
- flame-editor: camera-section: do draw only ratio guides, but no more additional aspect guides (because
the preview now always resembles the correct rendering aspect)
- fixed: custom quality profiles did not show up for rendering
- fixed: the was a problem in thw "ho"-variation with calculating pow() of negative arguments
- added an option for the default bg transparency in the application settings (default: false)
- new "bokeh"-random-flamw-generator
- implemented layer (in)visibility
- flame-editor: layers: functions to replace the selected layer by a loaded flame or flame form clipboard
- REST-Api for rendering flames (which will be used by JWildfire for utilyzing swan as GPU renderer, which is
optional). To enaable the api, swan must be started with the --swan-api commandline-option
- additional --swan-api-port commandline-option to specify the port of the REST-Api
- test-functions for the REST-Api in application-info-section (is only visible when the api is enabled)
- docs-endpoint for the REST Api ( http://localhost:8080/api/docs )
- suppress to generate random flames at startup when the app is invoked with the --swan-api option
- "spherical"-random-flame-generator: improved generated random motion
