I'm having trouble connecting to a match - is there anything I can do?
If you’re having trouble connecting, make sure UPnP is enabled on your home router.
If you’re still having trouble, try forwarding the port 25000 from your home router interface.
If neither of these solutions helps you, contact our customer service
How does your free-to-play mechanism work?
As you've seen, each week we make 2 of the robots available for you to use. If you've purchased the DLC pack, you can use all 6 robots whenever you want. If you haven't purchased the DLC, you can keep a robot for the next week if you win 10 ranked games.
Can I keep a robot forever as long as I keep winning?
Yes! As long as you win at least 10 ranked games each week with a robot, you get to keep it for the next week - regardless of whether you had it last week or not. In theory, you can keep all 6 robots for forever, as long as you win 10 ranked games each week with each robot!
