We plan this event so our dev team can have plenty of face time with the community. It's a great chance for players to experience the game as intended while our playerbase is small and there's unpredictable "peak times".
On the note of that, for a limited time I'll be giving keys to participants that they can give to a friend to join our events and community as an effort to further build our player base, and bring our existing players together. This has been a lot of fun so far. NOTE: YOU MUST PLAY IN THE EVENT TO GET A KEY.
These events are a chance for us to do the above, but also we test a lot of new content and other pre-patch, pre-alpha features and content to get real feedback from player's before we officially ship those features. But, for that event period the live game has those test patches.
