Removed singleplayer option for now, because it didn't work under some circumstances
You repair any building (= buildings of your friends!) by attacking it with a hammer now (instead of pressing E)
Vehicles can now be repaired with a hammer, too
Increased hammer spawns (in shops and boxes)
Added positive health indicators for repairing/healing
