- Modified the tire stats so using wet tires on dry road or soft/hard on wet road is more detrimental to your performance.
- Reduced sound volume glitches and made all sounds affected by master volume.
- Made tire selection more reliable
I won't bring the server down for this just get the latest version (might need to restart steam) and login again
