New Features
- New Sponsors System - The sponsors system has been revamped from the ground up. Players now have more control over which sponsors they wish to sign. Signing a sponsor is now a multi-step process. Firstly the player needs to contact the sponsor, in order to request a contract. All sponsors are listed on the Sponsor contact list (taking place of the old sponsors screen), and each can be emailed or called. Once contact has been established with a sponsor an action window will appear, where the player can send the sponsor gifts in order to schmooze a contract offer out of them. The current percentage chance or receiving an offer is shown on the Request Contract button. Contacting sponsors and sending gifts costs Time Units, a new resource related to the Marketing Manager's networking skill. You only have a limited amount of points, and they only get refilled between races, so make sure you spend them wisely! Upon receiving a contract offer the particulars can be adjusted. You may feel that certain targets are too difficult but that you can make up for that in other areas; the new sponsor system allows you to tailor the contracts to your playstyle. Be aware that adjusting contracts may affect the percentage chance that they will accept your negotiation.
