Patch Notes 9 Mar 2016

Shoutcasts have been re-added to the game.
Countdowns between cup races, before cup hot lap, and after the first player crosses the finish line have been re-added.
Track name announcements have be re-added.
The objectives panel on the Home screen has been scaled down.
Game mode text is now easier to read.
It should now be clearer when buttons are disabled on the results screen.
Deutscher Ring track has had some graphical updates.
