November 2025 Update!
Hey all! It's been a while since we've posted anything noteworthy in regards to STONED. We've been hard at work on the demo and finally have some exciting news to share!
The demo is complete! (kinda)
We've decided to scale back the scope of our demo to be much more bite-sized compared to what we we're initially planning. Because of this, the demo is now essentially complete and can be played from start to finish!
Now that we've reached this amazing milestone, we're going to spend the next few weeks polishing the demo up and making sure it provides the best experience possible to properly introduce you guys into the world of STONED. We're not certain how long this process will take as majority of the team still have IRL priorities to maintain, but we're confident that this decision will provide a much smoother experience for everyone overall.
Demo details
The demo is around 1 hour and 15 minutes long, and serves to introduce the first parts of the story, as well as a slight teaser for what gameplay of the full release will be like. Not every mechanic of the battle system will be present in this demo, as we don't want to overwhelm players with too much information in such a short amount of time. Just the basics will be covered to help you grow accustomed to the vision we have!
Final Notes
We're delighted to have made it this far with STONED, and we're incredibly grateful for all the support we've received thus far. We hope everyone will enjoy playing the demo as much as we have enjoyed working on it.
Be on the look-out for more information regarding the demo soon! Thank you very much for reading and for supporting the development of STONED.
