Due to the frequency of this coming up, i'll answer it here. According to what was posed on the beta release FAQ:
Q: Will all keys, or some of it, be given out all at once? The Closed Beta keys will be given out 10 by 10 every week from 15th of December.
Meaning you still have a chance at receiving a key if one wasn't provided during this first round of key releases, Another 10 keys will be released one week from the inital launch date, Tuesday the 22nd.
Important Reminder for Closed Alpha Players:
The transfer page will discontinue on the 20th of December 2015, so make sure you have transferred your account before this date.
