Hello everyone,
This is Morikichi, developer of NINDO – Guardian of the Starlit Shadow.
One month after Early Access launch
It’s now been about one month since NINDO entered Early Access.
To everyone who bought the game, added it to your Wishlist, shared a post, or left a comment: thank you so much. Your reactions and support mean a lot to me.
What we focused on this first month
In this first month after launch, I mainly worked on:
UI improvements and quality-of-life tweaks
Updates to the worldbuilding text and presentation
In other words, I tried to make the game a bit easier to read and play, while also bringing out more of NINDO’s own flavor and identity.
For combat, I know that the current balance can still feel a bit rough and “broad strokes” in places.
Going forward, I’ll continue to adjust the numbers and pacing — but at the same time, I want to focus on strengthening the world, characters, and overall atmosphere so that NINDO itself can shine more clearly as a work.
Looking ahead
NINDO is still at the very beginning of its journey.
I plan to keep updating the game on a steady NINDO DAY cadence, adding polish and content step by step.
If you happen to remember NINDO sometime down the line, I’d be happy if you drop by again — check the Steam page, hop back into a run, or join the “NINDO Dojo” Discord to see what’s new.
Thank you again for walking this path with me.
See you in the next NINDO DAY update.
