This update is a minor change aimed at giving options for those that prefer a cleaner look than what was possible with the art style change previously.

Allow the extreme settings to disable all retro effects.
Setting 3D Pixelation to 0 also enables Anti-Aliasing for smooth graphics.
Setting Retro TV Quality to Max removes all graphical artifacts now, and also enables Anti-Aliasing for a unique look when combined with 3D pixelation.
Improved the lighting quality in the grassy area and town.
Improved the shading for trees.
Removed texture compression artifacts for most UI images.
Removed the "extra" grain/noise effect for menus.
Fix: Chromatic Aberration effect was not rendering.
Fix: Removed graphical artifacts on bushes.
Fix: Removed the [Upgrade Now] button from the bulletin board
