MALCADE Is Now Live on Steam!
Hey everyone! Today I have some big news to share… the Steam page for MALCADE is officially up and running, and I couldn’t be more excited (and honestly a little terrified, since this is the first time I’m really talking about it) to finally share it with you.
Okay okay, so maybe this news isn’t that huge... if you’re reading this, you probably already know the page is live. But for me, having the Steam page approved by Valve is a huge milestone. It marks a big step forward for the game and for anyone curious about what I’ve been working on. You’re now one step closer to stepping into the neon-drenched horror of MALCADE and one step closer to being caught in its digital claws.

Now that the page is live, I’m shifting my focus toward the next big project milestones:
More Screenshots & Visuals: I’m putting together new screenshots that show the game in the best light possible, without getting too spoiler-heavy.
New Playable Demo: This is the big one. I’ve been deep in development, getting the mechanics ready, polishing visuals, and making sure the demo gives you a proper taste of MALCADE’s core ideas. My goal is to release a small but focused slice of the full game that shows the concept far better than text in an announcement ever could.

A Little About MALCADE ℹ️
If you’re new here, let me catch you up on what MALCADE is. Like with my previous Steam release, Fishtronomy, I want to be transparent about the scope and core ideas of the game:
MALCADE is a short, simple, 90s-horror-movie-inspired game where you play as someone trapped inside a corrupted arcade game. Something unnatural has taken hold. It’s a mix of arcade minigames and first-person horror gameplay. You’ll hide, run, survive, and play arcade machines as you try to escape a digital nightmare.
Some games don’t want to be played. MALCADE does.
It’s been hungry for a quite some time.
