As many of you know, this game is a licensed adaptation of a gamebook that was originally published in the 1980s and was created with the approval and support of the original book author.
As that author is now sadly deceased, we have made the decision to transition this to a free title that everyone can enjoy in her memory.
IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR A COPY nothing changes, you still own the game and any trading cards that you have previously received. If you own the paid version of the game but haven't played it yet, trading cards will still drop for you when you do.
Once the game is free, any new players picking it up will not receive trading cards.
The game will be transitioning to free status on September 30th. This is your heads-up warning so that you don't buy the game and then be disappointed about it turning free!
