We have discovered a rare, fringe-case progression bug with our new client, #418.
If you are in the Dark Red Tower area of Client #418's Mindscape, quit the game or return to the office, and then reload the client, you may experience a progression-blocking bug. This bug is identified by your camera getting locked on the elevator panel puzzle, which will only have one button instead of several rows. This is a known issue and we are working on a patch to resolve it.
If you experience this bug, there is an available workaround. Restart your game, and on the office computer, reset your progress for Client #418. If you then play through the level without quitting in the Dark Red Tower area, you will be able to complete the level.
We do apologize that this fix involves reverting your progress on the level.
If you would rather not lose your progress, we simply ask that you wait for the patch. Once the patch is in place you will be able to continue from your existing save file without issue.
