「Wagamama」
Song/Taiga Tsukiyama (CV: Toshinari Fukamachi)
COMPOSER/KANON69!
This song is also included in the “Digital Special Album,” a bonus item in the VARLET Digital Deluxe Edition!
To celebrate the release of the MV for the main character theme song “Wagamama,” we also received a comment from composer KANON69!
Full comment:
This song portrays the ideal self of Taiga Tsukiyama—a genius who walks his own path.
Everyone wants to play the role of their ideal self, but eventually, cracks begin to show.
The “ore” that is repeated throughout this song might be, in a way, a cruelly opposite figure to Taiga Tsukiyama himself.
In truth, he may not have any talent at all.
To come face-to-face with that “true self” = “Wagamama.”
I hope you’ll overcome this hardship, which many creators face, together with him.
— KANON69, Composer of “Wagamama”
