hi guys. major fix was made indeed and the situation became better. however, unfortunately, there are still individual issues that should be fixed to resolve the problem completely. We've found the error on RU and EU servers - few players when entering the game with their characters are breaking the instance and the next players cannot enter the game any more after that. More likely these two servers will be unavailable for some time until the fixes are made. sorry for the inconvenience, we know how unpleasant it is, and we appreciate your help in finding these issues. we'll update you once the fixes are made. For now you can play on the US server where the situation is better.
