We've fixed the issue with XP saving and mobs' respawn. To apologize for the inconvenience with the saving, tomorrow we're granting everyone Premium Account for 3 days as well as one of weapons - hope it will help you to restore your progress faster after losses.
Of course, this doesn't mean that we don't care about everything you've lost because of these issues. So, please, to help us restore everything you've had, head to this topic: http://steamcommunity.com/app/337950/discussions/0/364039531223341305/ and add post with the following information:
1) Your character's name
2) Xp that you've lost or actions that you did which didn't provide you xp
3) If you bought something and it wasn't saved in the inventory, please, list these items too.
4) If you looted something and it wasn't saved, please, list these items too.
Please, try to be precised as much as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot restore this automatically for all, so, we'll be trying to help everyone individually. Thank you for your understanding.
