If you are a limited user on Steam and are not able to post a review for games, you can post the review on a blog or SNS that is public. We will count that as well for our raffle and free postcards. You must submit the information with a Cheritz account that has received a Nameless Steam key. The review should be one created after Dec. 24th, 2014.
