We’re back with another exciting update and this one’s a big one. These past few weeks have been packed, both in and out of the game, and we’re thrilled to finally share what’s been going on.
🎉 Supercell TimeOut Tournament
We were honored to be invited to Supercell’s annual TimeOut event, where we held a live Raiders Rise tournament in Helsinki!
It was an incredible experience to connect with fellow developers, exchange stories about the wild ride that is game development, and feel part of a community that truly understands the journey.
And a personal highlight? Mike Morhaime - yes, The former CEO of Blizzard - played our game! 😱
Huge thanks to the team at Supercell for the invite and for putting together such a fantastic event. We're still buzzing!

But just because we hit this milestone doesn’t mean we’re slowing down - here’s what’s been cooking in development while the event was happening:
💥Core
Snowbird & River are now in the testing phase, with ongoing balancing and visual implementation.
The Wall and Maze levels are also now in testing - visuals are shaping up nicely.
Our design team is hard at work drafting documentation for Characters 11 to 20! These are now in review and will be iterated on in the upcoming weeks.

🧑🚀Characters
Our character team continues to push forward with new additions and refinements:
Finalized concept for Character 10: Sky
First concept art drafts for Character 11: Zantetsu
New base concepts for both Atabusk and Maya
Modeling is now complete for Snowbird
Big Bee enemy variants
Animation progress for River and Nikky
Ongoing animation iteration for Korin, we’re still trying to get a feel for this character’s movement.

🌍Environments
Things are shaping up beautifully on the environment front:
The Wall and Maze levels are now ready for internal review and they’re looking great!
We’ve revisited the Shop Level so now the shop screens match our vending machines dotted around the levels!
Exploration has started on our next biome which will be desert themed.

🎬That’s a Wrap!
Thanks for following along on our development journey - it means the world to us.
Seeing Raiders Rise up on the big screen in Helsinki was a surreal moment that made these past few weeks unforgettable. We couldn’t have gotten here without the incredible efforts of our team - and you, our community.
