The Solution to the Gray Screen Bug

Issues

Just now, we received feedback from some players that their 3D graphics turned completely gray after entering the game.

After investigation, we found that this bug is caused by the latest AMD graphics driver update on August 4th, which affected the Vulkan graphics rendering module. We are actively working on this bug report.

Solution

Currently, we offer two solutions:

Roll back your AMD graphics driver to a version prior to the August 4th update.

Add --rendering-driver opengl3 to the launch options to run the game using OpenGL 3. (Some graphics quality will differ with OpenGL 3 compared to Vulkan.)
