New Voice Chat
Completely redid the voice chat so it works much better now. The previous version was simple not preforming to societal standards and was removed, permanently.
Additions, Fixes and Improvements
New Voice Chat!
Added a new setting to turn Push to Talk on and off.
Voice from clowns can now be heard much further.
Voice Chatting Hud Graphic Icon now works better.
Also added a fix if save files get messed up.
