clicking deploy button itself now also deploys
more covering grass around lakes
player now dies falling in chasms
now shows icon if you pickup just ammo or do a gun swap
fixed pickup logic - so with full slots it throw the weapon and you can pick it up again
fixed non-mouse controls for several menus (especially annoying on steam deck)
