Disabled controller + tweaks and fixes

- Removed gameplay controller support due to it causing stability issues
- Bleed midgame power slightly buffed when selecting higher levels
- Improved tooltips in the armory
- Added functionality to check friends list elements and reloads them if necessary
- Loot hitbox size slightly increased
- Setup for Russian localization effort
