Patch 1.0.23 - reenabling Ranked

Hey Townies,

We just re-enabled ranked after we took it down for some final bug fixes. Make sure you update :)

Also, side note: To get your Town Points for purchasing the Steam version, make sure you use the 'Login with Steam' button.
