At the request of our users, we've made several important changes to improve the gameplay experience in Verfall:
Passive Interactive Skills: It is no longer necessary to choose a leader to activate the skills. Now, as long as there is a member in the group with the skill, it will be enabled, making the process simpler and more dynamic.
NPC Positioning Fix: The NPC in the throne room at the beginning of the game has been repositioned for a better experience.
Group Selection Map Optimization: The interface has been improved to group characters with the same abilities together. We've also added ability symbols next to each character to make identification easier.
Intro Text Change: The initial text choice between "Start the Game" and "View the Story of Verfall" has been updated. We apologize for not including this option in the initial release.
Difficulty Balancing: In response to player feedback, we've improved the balancing for the Easy and Normal difficulty levels, making them more accessible and enjoyable.
Currency Conversion Fix: Upon further review, we noticed that the automatic price calculation resulted in discrepancies between the original price and the converted value in certain currencies. As a result, we manually adjusted the price to bring it closer to the ideal value. This change means that in some countries, the price will be lowered to better align with local currency values, while others will remain unaffected.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this change. We are actively studying ways to compensate players who were affected by the previous pricing. In the meantime, please note that on the Communities tab of the game's Steam page, you can find guides, as well as a direct contact option for reporting bugs, providing feedback, and asking questions.
These changes have been made with the goal of enhancing gameplay, based on feedback from our players. We thank everyone who contributed to improving the game experience!
