UPDATE: the issue seems to have been resolved by Valve. I'm now able to connect to all servers.
We're noticing issues connecting to official servers. The issue seems to be on the steam side, as our servers accept connections and then time out waiting for steam to authenticate the new connection.
We're looking into the situation and will keep you updated as we find out more.
