Dear all,
We have attempted to resolve what is an ongoing issue for users seeing a Black Screen upon launch. It has been pointed out that the issue lied in us adding a special character in our Folder structure. As a result, we have had to change the layout of our folder structure to remove this character.
At this point, we suggest that players who have experienced any issues with a Black Screen completely uninstall the game, and initiate a full reinstall.
To uninstall, Right Click on the game in your Library and select 'Delete Local Content'. Your save data will not be affected.
We would suggest that any players who have any problems with the game launching also do the same so that you are initiatiating a clean install.
Those players who have changed their System locale should now be able to change the game back to their preferred Locale.
We apologise for the problems this has caused and will proceed to work on additional fixes. The next fixes will be delivered by download, and should not require you to reinstall, though we will be sure to keep players informed.
