Update 0.3.0.13

Changelist:

• Flags at NPC camps added.
• Buildings cannot be dropped from inventory anymore.
• Respawn at bed fixed. To set new Bed as active, interact with it.
• Load at last location fixed.
• Stats now reset on death.
