Greetings test pilots!
This is the first of what will be regular dev updates to keep you informed of what we are working on and when you can expect to see more content and features added to the Steam Early Access version.
It's been a week since launch and overall we are really happy with the performance of the game so far and really excited to see you jumping on-board and getting involved with development. We've had some great ideas posted and will work these into our development plans moving forward. Keep them coming!
We've released a couple of updates to the game since launch, adding DirectX 11 support, implementing the latest Oculus VR SDK, fixing some minor bugs and tweaking the multi-player code to make it smoother for everyone.
The next big update will come in January, since the team will be taking some well-deserved time out over the holiday period. That doesn't mean work stops completely though and we'll still be monitoring the discussion threads, setting up "Race Against the Devs" multi-player sessions (follow us on Twitter to find out when they occur: @Radial_G) and working in the background to determine the final update details for the January build.
We'll reveal the full details soon but be assured that we are listening to what is most important to you, as well as working on bringing the single player environment over to the Steam Early Access version, updated with all the new features and multi-player support!
We hope you have enjoyed your experience of Radial-G : Racing Revolved so far and will continue to help us spread the word and increase our reach. Remember, you don't need an Oculus Rift to play!
Happy Holidays!
~The Tammeka Team
