Yesterday, we showed Cast Outs to the world with an exclusive reveal on IGN
Cast Outs is a co op action game set in a twisted, modern London. You jump in with your crew, stack your powers, move fast and make a mess in all the best ways. No solo mode, no lone hero run, the whole thing is built for people who like playing together.
IGN captured the heart of what we are making:
Co op is the foundation, not a feature
Left 4 Dead is a core inspiration, and true teamwork turned it into something new
Physical magic plus high mobility gives you room to experiment and improvise
Runs, horde moments, sandbox spaces, each run plays differently
Charms let you bend your build and support your team in surprising ways
London is familiar, twisted and full of moments worth clipping
Some runs are clean. Others are pure chaos. Most involve someone yelling "revive me" while their friend tries to blink jump somewhere they absolutely should not. That is the fun of it.
This is the starting line, not the finish. We are putting Cast Outs in front of you early so we can build it with the people who will actually play it.
