Patch #21 complete.

Added cloud support! Your ships and exploration saves are now synced with the Steam servers.
Added support for 8way/pov/coolie hat controller axes.
The controller settings screen layout is now less wide so that you can actually use it on 1024x768.
Fixed a bug causing the background to flicker in the evolution mode.
Added new checks/error messages to the evolution mode.
Clicking on reset in the evolution mode now stops the current simulation.
The evolution no longer continues when you leave the evolution mode.
