It's been just over a week since Flibbius launched and we are so happy with the response! Thank you to everyone who has supported this silly little game. It makes me really happy that we already have 27 100% positive reviews! Not only are they helpful for other players and a boost for the games visibility, we also read every single one and are really grateful for the feedback so we know where to improve next time.
Here is a little round up of some wins from our launch week:
1. This amazing review by So Many Games: https://somanygames.co.uk/review/flibbius-mcdoogle/
Thank you Kurosh Jozavi!
2. The response we got from the Cozy Gamers fb group: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15TkjnN1yY/
Honestly this completely blew us away! Thank you to everyone there that messaged us and played the game and helped share it! You are amazing.
3. Hearing Penge's final thoughts at the end of his playthrough video: https://youtu.be/UPlF5Yvy4cs?feature=shared
Thank you for playing, we're so happy you enjoyed it this much!
4. Hitting the 10 review mark and getting this wonderful bump in visibility from the Discovery Queue
5. All the love from the steam deck community on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/comments/1kcv5mb/my_lovely_wife_and_i_made_a_cozy_adventure_puzzle/
Happy to report the game plays very well on Steam Deck! Thank you to everyone who came back and gave us feedback.
6. Every streamer who responded to our many emails and played the game. You're the best! We have checked out all your streams (we do a little Flibbius google every day like nerds to check for new ones) and appreciate you taking the time to play it and share it with your community!
Many people have been asking me if we plan to take the game to other platforms or if we plan on doing a sequel and the answer is that we would LOVE to do both those things but it depends on whether or not there would be a demand for it.
We're keeping our fingers crossed that the game grows in popularity and we can think about doing a second Flibbius adventure!
