Russian Language Fix

【Update Info】
We have updated Winter -Life in the Countryside- Russian version.
Previously, in-game language setting is stored in save data,
and will not change even if Russian is selected through Steam Library.
This update automatically changes in-game language to Russian
when the language is selected in Steam Library.
※No changes applied to other languages.
