As always, I suggest you only buy the game (even on sale) if you're interested in getting in on the ground floor of development. While the game is much more complete now than it was only a few short months ago, the game is still missing many core features and I wouldn't call it a "complete" experience yet.
The game is rapidly developing and more and more people are loving it every day but, it is still no doubt an Early Access title. So if you want a feature complete game, I recommend you wait, there will always be more sales down the road. If you want to work with the developer (me) and help mold the game into a better experience for everyone, now's a great time to pick up a copy!
