InDev 13 Unstable 3 has been released, this build introduces a few new buildings, and the foundation for some new concepts you'll be seeing creeping up in Unstable 4. (Like refined materials) This build's GUI has a lot of missing GUI elements, as I have not made new icons for many of the new resources and buildings added. I will do them all at once sometime during Unstable 4 or 5. For now, just ignore it. This build also makes a lot of fundamental changes in the way you play the game, so good luck relearning how to survive. ;)
You can report bugs over at the official website's Support and Bugs Forum, or on the Steam Discussion Board. :)
