Hi all. A quick hotfix to patch some annoying bugs.
- Fixed migration calculation algorythm;
- Fixed fountain employees hiring glitch;
- Fixed city's bad health warnings repeating;
+ Added textures to the briefing screen;
+ Added traders grahics for the Empire map.
And that's it. :)
