Prevent toll income from having a negative value
Fix a bug that causes a penalty when giving the right amount of change
Fix a bug where some events are not triggered if the dialog is skipped
Fix a bug that causes newer save files to fail to overwrite older save files.
Handle render texture fallback on some devices.
Fix some localization
Fix a bug that sometimes causes the game to break when rejecting/reporting a driver.
