Teamsters! We need your help!
You've had the opportunity to play Worms W.M.D for a while now, and we'd love for you to share your thoughts about the game. Whether you love it, are not sure about it, or just want to craft ridiculously OP weapons to annihilate your friends, let us know what you think about existing content, what you would like to see, and what is not quite working for you.

What happens to my feedback?
All feedback will be passed on to the development team, and used to improve some of the game's features.
Also, you need to know that ...
- We will ask for your email address so we can contact you should you win a prize (if you opt in to the prize draw).
- The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes (comment boxes excluded).
- The comment boxes are optional in case you want to add more information. Write as much or as little as you want.

- At the end of the survey there will be an option to enter the prize draw, with the opportunity to win one of three Worm-tastic loot bags.
