Small improvements to leaderboard UI
Made wooden doors easier to push open
Added Ctrl + Alt + H shortcut to toggle hiding UI and weapon model
Added Ctrl + Alt + N shortcut to create a new Speedrun game (Only works if in speedrun mode)
Minor tweaks to enemy AI and some other stuff
Fixed issue where enabled leaderboard ghosts would sometimes not appear
Fixed issue where dropping the drill while inside it could deal unintended damage
