Update V1.0.7

- Added a tutorial for the usage of active items. The tutorial comes up when you buy an active item at the store.
- Fixed cutscene dialogue carrying over to the next scene when skipping the scene.
- The bootup splash screen is now skippable like any other cutscene.
- Minor bugfixes.
