The next patch (V0.73) is due for release later this week. It'll bring the frequently asked for in-game options menu (so you'll no longer need to exit a match to adjust your settings) and many fixes (temporarily blurred and/or desaturated screens, fix resolution settings etc.). There might also be some slight changes to the balance again... but don't expect anything too heavy.
According to our roadmap (can be found in the forum) the first big milestone patch (V0.75, CURRY BUILD) is targeted to be released around Feb. 12. It'll introduce vehicular warfare gameplay on massive maps, featuring four different vehicles, a new weapon (Hellraiser) and the new Cell Capture (Capture the Flag) game mode. We'll nail down the exact date early next week.
