- Mouse input fixed in Windows verison

- Acceleration properly mapped to triggers on controllers
- Braking & reverse properly mapped to triggers on controllers
- Added better support for steering wheels
- Removed controller & graphics setup at startup and replaced with graphics options in menu
- Added ability to control mouse cursor with right analog stick
