Unit Fixes
- Airburst Howitzer now damages allied units.
- Fix for units with Anti-Org, Anti-Mech, and Counter Attack hitting for regular damage and removing shield and then applying additional damage.
- Airburst Artillery now correctly hits allies as stated.
- Ambush Tank can no longer deploy to second column.
