- added trident spear (replaces the persistent javelin in some levels)
- added a new podium screen menu (let's you switch map, or restart the current one)
- javelins only appear in chests now
- fixed podium-skip-bug when attacking while the round is over
- fixed not getting any points in marathon mode if there are less players in game than gamepads connected
- fixed a missing sprite (right in the middle of map 5)
