Fixed issue where the game would stutter on some PCs every so often.
Fixed issue where controllers would not record the correct button pressed.
Improved frame rate of "alternative movie player". It is now the only cutscene player.
If you still have issues with the character not stopping to shoot or other similar issues then go to the controls (most likely Controller 1) and change/reset them. This should fix it.
